 Please help.  I can't even get Pidgin started.  The program is open, but
 totally unresponsive.  I can't get the buddy list up or even turn it off
 without the Task Manager.  I tried to find the folder and the file
 mentioned on the help screen to turn off the plugins, but I could not
 locate them anywhere.  I uninstalled it, deleted all files, rebooted, and
 re-installed it.  But, still nothing.
