 Thanks malu,

 Indeed in these sub menu's I have for my SIPe buddies the option to
 connect on voice by dialing their numbers.

 I feel the best way to go would be to have specific buttons to appear when
 voice or video connection is activated.

 I mean you may want to mute voice, stop you cam from transmitting, drop
 the connection, etc. All soft of things you don't need when you just IM
 but when a voice/video connection is there this changes.

 These buttons should be generic for each type of voice or video, so the
 developers of each protocol have something to build on.

 That's why I proposed the buttons for which uploaded some screenshots.

 If the IM window in not adapted for voice/video then I don't see how
 developers of the different protocols can turn it into something useful.
