 smitty: What's the exact error message you're seeing?  Does it happen
 every time you log in?  If you go to Tools->Accounts then Modify your ICQ
 account then click on the Advanced tab, what are the values for Server,
 Port and Connection Security?  Is the "Use clientLogin" check box checked?
