New description:

 I've been using Pidgin 2.7.11 on Windows 7 64 bit, and I've missed many
 chats because when a new chat comes in, the taskbar icon flashes a couple
 of times, but stops after that, and if I don't hear it, or I'm in the
 other room and I come in, I don't know that I have a new chat.  Is it
 possible to make this a feature for Win 7?  That the taskbar icon will
 flash until you open the Pidgin chat window?
