 This patch will prevent connections in the default configuration to e.g.
 GTalk for any users who use a proxy (the SRV lookup is necessary).

 I think it's a much better idea to make a plugin override
 `purple_srv_txt_query_set_ui_ops()`, to provide a dummy implementation.
