 After chatting with some other folks about this, we've come up with the
 idea of having an additional proxy type of "Tor" that would functionally
 be a SOCKS5 could be used to make this (and potentially other) decisions
 (e.g. not advertising your IP address as an option for file transfers).

 Does that sounds like a reasonable option?

 To do this, we'd have to add API, so it'd have to be done relatively soon
 to squeeze into the upcoming 2.8.0 release.
