 OS: Ubuntu 10.04

 the plugin file is in the attach file "libpopo.tar.gz"

 accounts for test:(username, password)
 pidgin_popo1 at 163.com, popotest1
 pidgin_popo2 at 163.com, popotest2

 how to reproduce the issue:
 1. login pidgin_popo1 at 163.com and pidgin_popo2 at 163.com
 2. pidgin_popo1 at 163.com add pidgin_popo2 at 163.com as a friend
 3. pidgin_popo1 at 163.com send an image to pidgin_popo2 at 163.com
