 I've attached four screenshots that show the state of the GTK widgets. The
 pristine screenshots are from the pristine tree without any patches, the
 enum-relocated has only a single change - the relocation of the enum as is
 performed by the libpurple-proxy.h.patch I've attached.

 I opened each account, went to the proxy tab, selected the field, saved
 the account, went back, opened it again, and finally saved the screen
 shot. The text in the right hand corner demonstrates what happens when the
 callback is called and the text values are flushed to accounts.xml.

 As you can see from the screenshots the pristine copy is lacking fields to
 fill in and the enum renumbered is working as expected.
