 Buddy List window opens off display screen or minimizes and won't restore.
 Also IM window does this.  Running Windows XP SP3 and switch back and
 forth from 2 to 1 display monitors sometimes this causes the issue, but
 even with 2 monitors normally the window opens off the display screen the
 first time each day most of the time.
