 Exactly as my summary says.

 When in a chatroom on IRC, the userlist does not update, except when
 someone joins the room. Right now there are multiple instances of the same
 person in the room list (exactly the same names), I am not shown as oped
 in a room I own and am oped in, and it never updates when someone goes
 offline.

 This is on Windows 7.
