 Adding a buddy to ICQ's visible list (right click on a buddy -> Appear
 online) sometimes results in the following error:

 Unable to Add
 Unable to add the buddy ****** for an unknown reason.

 Running Pidgin in debug mode shows:

 (13:23:09) oscar: Adding item  gid=0x0000, bid=0x0055, list_type=0x0002
 [Permit/Visible], name=******.[[BR]]
 (13:23:10) oscar: ssi: status is 0x0003 for a 0x0008 action with name no
 item[[BR]]
 (13:23:10) oscar: ssi: Action 0x0008 was unsuccessful with error 0x0003

 I have the standard Pidgin 2.7.11 in Ubuntu 11.04. It seems like I can add
 maximum three buddies to the visible list. Adding a fourth results in the
 above error. I tried to remove one of the three from the visible list and
 add the original buddy to the visible list and it succeeded but I couldn't
 add any fourth again.
