 #a15419 is causing a lot of complaints.

 Google has suddenly started to insert namespace prefixes in xhtml
 messages. Adium doesn't parse those, and can't resolve them in all cases.
 libpurple should strip all "normal" namespaces
 ("http://jabber.org/protocol/xhtml-im" or "http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml")
 before handing over the message. Attached is a patch to do that.
