 Nop, it is not :-) I observe absolutely the same issue as  the described
 in initial bug description: "You have been connecting and disconnecting
 too frequently" error is displayed whenever correct username/password is
 provided and not other sessions is connected before.

 I've mentioned  "Incorrect password" error just to double check that  my
 username/password  is recognized by server and it is not the issue. Sorry,
 if it confused someone.
