 Following the suggested steps I found the po on the page with the
 translation statistics:

 The file seems to be edited last time 2004, and an email adress is given.
 So there was a translator. You could write an email to this adress.

 Now, I checked this list in Pidgin translators information and did not
 find a current translator for Myanmar. If you won't get any response then
 I would suggest you join translators mailing list and start translating.
