 When someone messages me that I have perviously used Options -> Enabable
 Sounds (Uncheck) I hear a sound anyway. Once their window has popped up I
 hear no more sounds, can this be fixed please?

 This is also present in 2.10.0 but I am unable to select it's version
 number in TRAC
