 When testing a Japanese username on XMPP, the authentication fails
 apparently due to a slight corruption of the username during
 authentication.

 Latin based usernames work fine.

 I'm attaching a debug log from each attempt. The failed Japanese one, and
 the successful Latin one.

 (The Japanese name works fine in Pandion, and in the Candy webchat after
 fixes are made to the strophe libs to correctly handle unicode.)
