 Well, I did read the debug log, actually there isn't much useful in it.

 Now I looked at the error.docx telling me about some problems during
 installation. Since your last reply is younger (and you switched from
 2.6.5 to 2.10.0), I guess install did work in the end.

 If you want more help, please provide additional information:

 Are more of your (xmpp-) buddies online (or is diana the only one using
 xmpp)?

 Are you using any more protocol except XMPP (icq, msn, yahoo,...)?

 Did you check all your accounts are active?


 For the next debug log please open the debug window first and (de- and
 re-) activate your accounts after that. This way there should be some
 information about the connecting process be included.
