 This happened also with 2.10.1, when making a custom install and the
 installer yields an error about downloading dictionaries from
 http://ftp.services.openoffice.org/pub/OpenOffice.org/contrib/dictionaries/ru_RU.zip
 (for example).

 The dictionaries I specified were
 ru_RU.zip
 ru_RU_ye.zip
 ru_RU_yo.zip

 — but ftp.services.openoffice.org is not there anymore.

 After some looking, the new address for dictionaries is
 http://download.services.openoffice.org/files/contrib/dictionaries/

 I do have to add that the latest update to any dictionary is from
 23.02.2009, which is two years ago, and the oldest dictionary file that
 Pidgin can use is from 18.01.2004, which is seven years ago.
