 When connecting to an IRC channel which requires authentication with
 authserv (e.g. some channels on irc.gamesurge.net), an "unknown command"
 message is printed, effectively making these channels inaccessible. Fixing
 this requires the addition of the command to the array of commands in
 parse.c. It's probably also worthwhile updating the first comment in
 irc_cmd_service(). I'm not quite sure how to generate the diff properly. I
 downloaded the 2.7.9 source rather than pulling it from monotone, so I
 just made a copy of the original file to generate the diff.
