 A common occurrence among users is to have multiple IM accounts, with some
 existing only for legacy 'buddies'.  It would be useful to have an
 advanced setting which drops all authorization requests on an account.

 This is becoming a more relevant issue with an increase in spammed
 authorization messages on protocols like ICQ and Yahoo.
