 Another thing to note. She is on MSN 4.7.3001. I tried putting her on the
 online version of MSN messenger, and we still cannot see each other. But i
 can chat with other person in the company with same domain and he uses MSN
 not pidgin, but we have been connected for years. Every chat connection is
 fine except hers which is new.
