 I tried to have a group chat with 2 other friends, one using pidgin 2.7.9
 and the other one used Microsoft's Live Messenger, or whatever it's called
 these days.

 I created a group chat with the Messenger friend first, then added Pidgin
 friend, but she couldn't see the chat, although we (MSN friend and me)
 could see that she was added.

 If the Pidgin friend wrote something during this chat in only my IM
 window, I could see her text in the chat window, but just me, not the MSN
 friend.

 When the Pidgin friend closed pidgin to update it to 2.7.10, it was still
 the same after that.
