 Hello,

 I have signed up for a website live chat service that exposes their system
 over SIMPLE protocol so it can be integrated into other clients (such as
 Pidgin). I started to notice however that my website would report me as
 "Online" even though I had set my status as offline.

 I filed an issue on the provider's tracker and they suggested that it was
 a bug in Pidgin, that the SIMPLE protocol was not sending a "Un-Register"
 Status message when it disconnects.

 Can someone please help me confirm if this is a bug in Pidgin.
