 Minor predicament, it appears the emoticon list acts very strangely. When
 you add smileys, it appears at the top of the list and will get randomly
 sorted into the list after you restart pidgin. It would be great if the
 emoticons didn't get jumbled around and you can drag and drop to rearrange
 and new ones get added to the bottom of the list.
