 I am talking about the conversation window to insert smileys to the IM.
 Adding new emoticons actually adds them to the top left of the list for
 me, and restarting the client randomizes it in the list with no apparent
 order.

 It's not a big deal of where they show up, it's just a nuisance to try and
 find an emoticon if you have a larger selection. I believe the ability to
 rearrange the order will be tidy.
