 Whenever a user sends a custom smiliey from Microsoft's Messenger client
 (Windows Live Messenger for example), the smiley doesn't work on pidgin.
 It's not always the case but recently me and my friends have been having
 some trouble with this issue. I tested it with one of my friend and the
 problems persists. Somehow, it doesn't apply to every Microsoft client.

 Here's a debug log with the not working smiley, the result is a broken
 image

 Here's a debug log from another person sending a custom smiley with the
 result being text of the smiley, no broken smiley image, just the text of
 the smiley
