 QQ support in pidgin has been a disaster at best for months already and
 now completely broken.

 Seen some post on Ubuntu forums of people spending time to make it work as
 it's stated that pidgin supports QQ and think it's something they are
 doing wrong.

 Best to remove mentioning that it supports QQ in the software and on the
 website because it really hasn't for months already.
