#13415: Conversation window transparency misapplied when reordering tabs

 Prerequisites: Pidgin 2.5.8, Transparency plugin 2.5.8
 System information: Windows XP SP3, Classic Theme, GTK+ 2.14.7

 1. Activate "Show IMs and chats in tabbed windows" and the transparency
 plugin with "IM window transparency" and "Remove IM window transparency on
 focus".
 2. Start a conversation with two individuals.
 3. Drag the 2nd tab to be in the first position.
  - window flashes and then remains translucent while remains active.

 Additional useful information: I have focus and raise window activated in
 Windows XP - http://miknight.blogspot.com/2005/09/windows-window-focus-
 changing-with.html should help to enable it (google:"windows xp registry
 focus on hover").
