 Prerequisites: Pidgin 2.7.10, Transparency plugin 2.7.10
 System information: Windows XP SP3, Classic Theme, GTK+ 2.16.6 (bundled
 w/offline installer)

  1. Activate "Show IMs and chats in tabbed windows" and the transparency
 plugin with "IM window transparency" and "Remove IM window transparency on
 focus".
  2. Start a conversation with two individuals.
  3. Drag the 2nd tab to be in the first position.
   - window flashes and then remains translucent while remains active.
