 It happens with my Yahoo account. Below is the verbose description

 Account locked: You have been logging in too frequently.  Wait a few
 minutes before trying to connect again.  Logging into the Yahoo! website
 may help.

 I followed the direction in this message but nothing happened as I tried
 again.

 Weird thing is that, I tried that same account in Empathy and it couldn't
 work either. However, it DID work with Kopete.
