 For some reason, whenever I get into MSN chat, my conversation window
 won't flash when new messages are exchanged in the chat. I can communicate
 just fine, and my messages are received properly by other participants.
 However, for some reason, new messages won't cause the window to flash!
 Normal conversations still cause the flash effect. What's going on?
