 When I try to login with pidgin to my ICQ account it fails every time with
 "incorrect password". Password is 100% correct. I am sure because I have
 used different input methods, AND the password is working on meebo.com and
 in Miranda IM. However, it is not working on icq website.

 I was poking around in the settings of pidgin ICQ protocol but nothing
 seems to work. I have tried to make new account on icq website and with
 that one I was able to login. Naturally, I want to use my original ICQ
 UIN.

 This problem seems to apply for many people, judging from ICQ forums.
