 incompatible licenses MAY NOT be distributed (even if they use dynamic
 linking).

 Alternative:
   To be clear, this requirement means that plugins that use libraries with
 incompatible licenses (even if they use dynamic linking) MAY NOT be
 distributed.

 I'm not a lawyer but this makes more sense in terms of clear English (my
 bad if the fact that I'm not native is tricking me). ;-)
