 I'm using the latest pidgin (2.7.9, libpurple 2.7.9) and I'm getting
 duplicate messages from Yahoo! Messenger users (they're on Y!M
 11.0.0.1751-us) exactly 7 seconds apart.
 It looks to me to be exactly like Ticket #9512 , why has this shown up
 again? did Yahoo change its protocol again and requires the clients to
 send more (different?) ACKs on each message received?
