 This is also occurring on Raptr (which also uses libPurple and the same
 modules, albeit a bit older) for both AIM and ICQ, as well as the latest
 Pidgin, with my testing. I think the issue is related and may be server-
 side.

 AIM Error: 'Unable to connect to authentication server: SSL Connection
 Failed'

 ICQ Error: 'Unable to connect to authentication server: Connection timed
 out.'

 The normal clients work fine. Both Raptr and Pidgin do not.
