 Got this issue today. I can log into my account using Yahoo Messenger,
 Yahoo Web Messenger and Meebo.com (the only ones I tested), but not with
 Pidgin. I keep getting the "Account locked: You have been logging in too
 frequently.  Wait a few minutes before trying to connect again.  Logging
 into the Yahoo! website may help." error message even though my account is
 obviously not locked. Logging into the web-site did not help one bit.
