 it seems to work between two pidgin clients but not when someone tries
 sending from MSN/Windows/Live Messenger

 what exactly to you want me to debug? there's a lot of personal
 information traffic going on in the debug window.

 zifox and balihb seem to have some ideas. developers, what gives?
