 Pidgin's buddy list initial position for a new user is the upper left
 corner, however, if the screen layout doesn't cover that corner, it's
 impossible to access the buddy list without changing the screen position.
 For example, a laptop at 1600 x 900 is connected to a 2560 x 1600 external
 monitor, and the laptop screen is positioned to the bottom left of the
 external screen, pidgin defaults to -1600,0
