 I just discovered the following error in the dutch (nl) translation of the
 following message in the file 'pidgin.mo':
 {{{
 The topic for %s is: %s
 The topic is: %s
 }}}

 The current dutch translation is:
 {{{
 Het onderwerp voor %s is: %s
 Het onderwerp voor is: %s
 }}}

 See attached screenshot for the erroneous message.

 The word "voor" in the second line should be deleted so that it will look
 like this:
 {{{
 Het onderwerp voor %s is: %s
 Het onderwerp is: %s
 }}}

 This error is present at least as of version 2.7.11 and is still present
 in 2.9.0. I tried editing the pidgin.mo file with a text editor. This
 seemed to work, but the context menu in the system tray then no longer
 displays the first few characters.
