 In my humble opinion, there should be some sort of physical distinction
 between channels of different IRC networks in the vertical list view. I
 know that the user can set different windows for different IRC networks in
 the preferences, but usually having more than one window is an
 inconvenience.

 Here is basically a mockup of what I'm looking for:
