 System: Windows 7 x86/x64

 The program crashes on selecting "Tools -> Set Mood" when ICQ account is
 enabled. No repro when only GoogleTalk is enabled.
 I have actually experienced this crash since I started to use Pidgin,
 which was about 2.6 or 2.7
