 I am using Windows, Pidgin 2.9.0

 Since upgrading to 2.9.0 I have noticed when users time out in IRC, when
 they reconnect they appear in the list numerous times. For instance one
 user timed out once, so his nick appeared twice in my list. Another user
 timed out 7 times, and his nick appeared 8 times in my list. Each time the
 nick is spelled exactly the same, and repeats itself.
