  ok. FAQ's don't mean anything to me if they don't EXPLAIN how to do what
 it tells you to do. i.e., where to go to FIND the ports, domains, ips, and
 etc. im not sabe here. whats a proxy? whats a dns? whats a until? and
 where do i find these things. im a youngster with all this. i dont even
 know how to put this back to pending. im telling you, im a "noob"
