Comment:

 Does this one particular person (Heather?) have an extremely large (high-
 resolution) buddy icon?  The file is stored in `.purple/icons`, and the
 name should correspond to the `buddy_icon` for this contact in
 `blist.xml`.

 For testing, it would probably be helpful to reduce all noise by just
 disabling all other accounts when testing.
