  * status:  new => pending


Comment:

 The pending status is used when we are waiting for a response. A response
 automatically unsets it. A ticket will be closed automatically after being
 pending for two weeks.

 This absolutely did not work in older versions of pidgin either but you
 are welcome to try it and see.
