 It would be nice if libpurple had
 [http://xmpp.org/extensions/xep-0198.html XEP-0198: Stream Management].
 Disconnects on an unstable internet connection can happen a lot, and this
 will speed up logging in again and make sure that messages sent in the
 mean time arrive correctly.
