 All IM's and chat's are automatically minimized to the taskbar. Clicking
 maximize does nothing, and the minimize new conversation windows option is
 not checked. No plugins are installed. This is a fresh install of 2.8.0 on
 a fresh install of XP SP3 fully up to date. Did not have this issue
 previous to 2.8.0
