 For the past few months, I've noticed that when I have a user with a
 merged aliases, sometimes it's not showing me the top-most available
 protocol of the contact when protocols are showing "available".  I'm
 attaching some screenshots (with some details blurred for confidentiality)
 of an example of this happening between a Jabber and Gmail protocol.

 'First noticed back before I upgraded to 2.8.0, but I'm still seeing it
 today after the upgrade.
