New description:

When in an IRC, the "people in room" list on the right side of the IRC
window shows all of the users in that IRC channel. This list of nicks
appears to sort by status now, but the sort seems to be going in the wrong
 direction.

As it stands currently, this is what I think the box is sorted by:
[[BR]](people who are away and have ops)
[[BR]](people who are away and don't have ops)
[[BR]](people who are available and have ops)
[[BR]](people who are available and don't have ops)

And this is how I think the list should be sorted:
[[BR]](people who are available and have ops)
[[BR]](people who are available and don't have ops)
[[BR]](people who are away and have ops)
[[BR]](people who are away and don't have ops)

So, this probably means switching the primary sort to put available nicks
above away nicks. I'm under the impression that people only want to bump
the people who are present to the top of the list, but please correct me
 if I'm wrong.
