 The above patch makes it so you can set custom messages with the busy
 status. It doesn't change the custom message in any way to prepend "Busy -
 " or "Away - ".

 However, I noticed that when you have a custom message set with busy or
 away, go idle and then come back from idle, your status on yahoo becomes
 available. This happens in my system version as well so it's not because
 of my changes.
